  I was so excited to try Joe's. Then I got it and was genuinely disappointed. I know brisket is not usually the most tender or juicy meat after its smoked but I ordered some loose cut brisket because that tends to be more moist and this was hands down the driest brisket I have ever had. The potato was over cooked as well and the sauce leaves a less than desirable taste in your mouth. The service is fantastic though and for that alone I will definitely try them one more time and just order something different. Hopefully I can update this review to something more positive after I've tried it again.

  The best BBQ in this part of Texas. The staff were available and met all our needs. Those freshly made potato chips are additive. Watch out the loaded bake potato will feed a small village.

  I have heard a lot of hype about Joe's so we finally decided to give it a try. The brisket my wife got was not very tender, lacked flavor, and was dry. I got the pulled pork and while it was juicy it did not pull apart easily and was very salty.
